Five years ago Justin Baartman started studying as a NQF1 student at Koue Bokkeveld training centre as Plant Production Manager. He performed exceptionally well and therefore Robert Graaff decided to financially support him t study at Elsenburg.
He also qualified for an AgriSETA bursary for the duration of his studies. Justin studied very hard and worked on our Welgemeen farm during his holidays. After he finished his studies he was appointed as Junior Production Manager on Romansrivier (division of Graaff Fruit).
AgriSETA annually gives an acknowledgement to people achieving in the field of Agriculture. and Justin received this acknowledgement this year.
This is a big achievement for our region! Graaff Fruit is exceptionally proud of Justin and privileged to have such high quality workers.
